ಹದಬಿದ್ದ ಮೇಲೆ ಎದೆಯ ಪೆಟ್ಟಿಗೆಯನ್ನು
ಒಡೆದೆ. ಎರಡು ಹನಿ ಬೆವರುದುರಿ
ಹಠ ಕೊರಗಿ ಹೂವಾಗಿ ಒಣಗಿತು
ನನ್ನ ಕನಸುಗಳೆಲ್ಲ ನೆಲಕೆ ಜಾರಿ<\/p>\n

ಹೊರಗೆ ಬಿಸಿಲಿದೆ ಒಳಗೆ ತಪ್ತರಾಗಗಳೀಗ
ದನಿತೆರೆದ ಸಮಯ ಕತ್ತಲ ಹೊತ್ತೊಣಗಿ
ಅರೆ ಬಂದೆಯಾ, ಆರಾಮಿದೀಯಾ ಎಂಬ
ವಿಚಾರಣಾ ಸ್ಥಳವಿದಲ್ಲ ಕ್ಷಮಿಸು.<\/p>\n

ನಿನ್ನೆ ನಡೆದದ್ದಿಷ್ಟು ಓಡಿದ್ದಿಷ್ಟು ದುಃಖ
ಹರಡಿದ್ದಿಷ್ಟು ಲೆಕ್ಕ ಬರೆದಿದ್ದಿಷ್ಟು ಮರೆತಿದ್ದೇನೆ
ಹೆಬ್ಬೆರಳ ನೋವು ; ಕರೆದಿದ್ದೇನೆ ಹುಡುಗಾ
ಒಂದು ಚಾ ತಗೊಂಡು ಬಾ ಮಾರಾಯಾ….<\/p>\n

ಎಂಬೀ ಪ್ರವರ ಸುಖ ನನಗಿರಲಿ, ಸುಖವೇ ಹೊತ್ತ
ಮೈ-ಮನಸ್ಸು-ಮನೆಗಳೇ ನಿನ್ನದಾಗಿರಲಿ ಹರಸುವೆ
ಹೃದಯ ತುಂಬಿ…. ತುಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಾವರೆ ಹೊತ್ತ
ಮಹಾನ್ ಪುತ್ರನಿಗಾಗಿ…. ಹಣೆಕುಂಕುಮ ಹಾಗಿದ್ದರೇ ಚಂದ ಬಿಡು<\/p>\n

ಬೆನ್ನಹಿಂದಿನ ನೆರಳು ಸರಿಯುವ ದಿಕ್ಕು
ಸೂರ್ಯನಿಗೆ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಚಂದ್ರನಿಗೆ ವಿರುದ್ಧ
ಎದುರಿಗಿರೋ ಪ್ರಖರ ಲಾಟೀನಿಗೂ ವಿರುದ್ಧ
ಸತ್ಯದೆದುರಿನ ಲೋಕ ಹೀಗೆಯೇ ಸಹಜ.<\/p>\n

ನಾಲಿಗೆಗೆ ರುಚಿ ಬದಲಾಗುವಾಗ
ಪ್ರವಾಹವೇ ನನ್ನೊಳಗಿಳಿದು ಬರಬೇಕಿದೆ.<\/p>\n

ಬದಲಾವಣೆಗೆ ನನ್ನ ಒಪ್ಪಿಗೆ ಪಡೆದಿಲ್ಲ. ನಾನೂ

ಬೆಳೆಯುತ್ತದೆಂದು ತಿಳಿಯದವ
ಬೇರಿನ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಮಾಡಹೊರಟಿದ್ದೆ. ಈಗೆಲ್ಲ ನಿಚ್ಚಳ.<\/p>\n
