CBSE announced that the issue of delisting of Pluto from Solar family provoked me to write this article. I thank Shri Nagesh Hegde for refering this opinion in his popular weekly science column “vijnaana vishesha’ in Prajavani Kannadaq Daily.
"Pluto OK, Bose illa yaake?" This short story was published in Udayavani. There was mixed reaction to this story. I request you to read it and get me a critical feedback. ಗಾಜಿನ ಗೋಡೆಯಂತೆ ಹರಡಿಕೊಂಡ ಕಿಟಕಿಯ ಕರ್ಟನುಗಳು ಅವಳ ಹಿಂದೆ ನಾಲಿಗೆ ಚಾಚುತ್ತ ಹೊರಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದವು. ಛಾವಣಿಗೆ ನೇತು ಹಾಕಿದಂತಿದ್ದ ಆ ಟಿವಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅನಗತ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಕೊಲೆಗಳಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದವು, ರಾಜಕಾರಣಿಗಳು ಬೈದುಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು. ಹುಡುಗಿಯರು ಬಟ್ಟೆ ತೊಡದಂತೆ ಕಾಣಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಮರೆಯಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು. ರಾತ್ರಿಯಿಡೀ ನಮ್ಮಿಬ್ಬರನ್ನೂ ಹೊತ್ತುಕೊಂಡ ಮಂಚ ಮಾತ್ರ ಸುಮ್ಮನೆ ಅಂಗಾತ ಮಲಗಿತ್ತು.
"ಬಸಿಲ್ ಒಪ್ಪಂದ" I wrote this poem under intense depression. This year’s Vikrama Vijayadashami Special issue has carried this poem.
"ಕಾಯದ ಮಾಟ" ಭರ್ಜರಿ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿ, ಮಾನವ ಹಕ್ಕು ಮತ್ತು ಒಂದಷ್ಟು ಬೆವರು ಬೂಕರ್ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿಯ ಹಿಂದೆ ತಣ್ಣಗೆ ಜೀವ ಕಳೆದುಕೊಂಡವರೂ ಇದ್ದಾರೆ..
